The building was designed by the Warsaw studio - Latergrupa Architekci. The shape is a tribute to the local architecture and history of the Kamionek district. The higher parts of the building are topped with "lanterns" of glass loggias, which characteristically protrude from the façade and look out over the surrounding area.
The façade interestingly combines decorative plaster, shining in the sun, with the expressive texture of clinker and steel balcony railings, perfectly fitting into the landscape of the area.
